Fren is an experienced Physiotherapist who has worked in a variety of different settings, including Southlake Regional Hospital in Newmarket, a long-term care facility in Toronto, as well as home-care patients.
Fren graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in 1999 in the Philippines and completed the Internationally Educated Bridging Program at Ryerson University in 2011. She has completed a variety of continuing education courses such as: Soft Tissue Release, McKenzie Method A and B, Advanced Cervico-Thoracic and Lumbo-Pelvic certification, The Mulligan Concept Upper and Lower quadrant, Introduction to Acupuncture, and Therapeutic taping.
Fren continues to pursue further certifications through post-graduate courses to ensure that she is up to date on all the latest studies and techniques, so that she can offer all of her clients the best possible treatments available.
Tony graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from The University of Western Ontario in 1999. He has worked in private physiotherapy practice for the past 17 years, with the past 12 right here in Alliston.
He has taken several post graduate courses over the years to further his orthopaedic knowledge and to improve his patients’ results. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey and golf.

Lauren StuParick graduated from CDI College in Barrie in 2004.
Her goal is to help you achieve your optimal health, whether you suffer with tendinitis, back pain or just need help with relaxation.
Her interests include hot stone therapy, deep tissue, prenatal, massage for kids and kinesiotaping for sports injuries.
In her spare time she likes to golf and enjoys cooking.
