Fren is an experienced Physiotherapist who has worked in a variety of different settings, including Southlake Regional Hospital in Newmarket, a long-term care facility in Toronto, as well as home-care patients.
Frenialyn graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy in 1999 in the Philippines and completed the Internationally Educated Bridging Program at Ryerson University in 2011. She has completed a variety of continuing education courses: Soft Tissue Release, McKenzie Method A-D, Lynn Watson’s Shoulder course, TMJ Management, Concussion Management, ongoing acupuncture and dry needling courses, and ongoing manual therapy courses.
Fren continues to pursue further certifications through post-graduate courses to ensure that she is up to date on all the latest studies and techniques, so that she can offer all of her clients the best possible treatments available.
Wilaida is a passionate physiotherapist who has been practicing since 1999.
She completed her Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy in the Philippines in 1998 after training in both hospital and clinical settings, specializing in orthopaedic, neurological, sports rehabilitation and work hardening programs.
Wilaida has been an active member of The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario since 2010 with extensive expertise treating patients covered by OHIP, motor vehicle accident, WSIB and private coverage.
Wilaida has also completed courses in Mulligan Manual Mobilization with Movement, acupuncture and dry needling. She continues to further her professional development by staying current using evidence based practices to provide the best practice outcomes.

Lauren StuParick graduated from CDI College in Barrie in 2004.
Her goal is to help you achieve your optimal health, whether you suffer with tendinitis, back pain or just need help with relaxation.
Her interests include hot stone therapy, deep tissue, prenatal, massage for kids and kinesiotaping for sports injuries.
In her spare time she likes to golf and enjoys cooking.
